Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift
Job Description
Effectively complete preventive and proactive maintenance per the schedule to prevent breakdowns on equipment involving electronics, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechanic maintenance work.
Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment including inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement as necessary (cappers, labelers, filling machines, palletizers, conveyors, packers).
Utilize the CMMS to open and close out work orders, check out spare parts, and other activities as required in the plant.
Skills
- 3+ years experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
- Strong Electrical / Electronic troubleshooting and repair skills
- PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
Union facility. Plant is hot, especially in the summer, and can be dirty. Maintenance team includes 2 supervisors and 1 planner.
Shifts are Continental on 3rd shift with 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off, from 6 PM to 6 : 30 AM. Maintenance may need to train on another shift, most likely 1st shift.
Being a union environment, there may be call out coverage requiring the employee to come in.
