General Manager Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and cultivating a positive work environment.
- Involved in the Process of hiring and training staff members.
- Overseeing operations of not only restaurant service, but also catering events and Inn.
- Ensuring a facility that is both safe and impeccably clean.
- Inventory, Ordering, Costing, COGS.
- Responsible for supervising the management of restaurant services, as well as catering and off-premise events.
General Manager Requirements :
- Possess exceptional abilities in leadership and management.
- Have an extensive understanding of North Eastern cuisine and how it changes with the seasons.
- Having a willingness to learn and being open to coaching are important qualities.
- Have prior experience in F&B management.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and can handle pressure effectively.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in managing full-service restaurant concepts from the ground up.
