Charge Nurse - Post-Hospital Rehabilitation Facility
The Avenue at Strongsville is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Charge Nurse. The primary responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

- Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs
- Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Perform routine procedures, administer medication, and provide treatments
- Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies
- Supervise nursing assistants and foster a supportive environment for residents and their families
- Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending monthly in-services
