JobDescription :
We are seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join ourteam. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeingthe purchasing and inventory management process for all of ourstores.
This is a fulltime permanent position with growthopportunities within the company.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely andcosteffective acquisition of goods andservices
- Identify andevaluate potential suppliers negotiate contracts and maintainrelationships with key vendors
- Monitorinventory levels and analyze sales data to make informed purchasingdecisions
- Work closely with store managers tounderstand their inventory needs and ensure timely delivery ofproducts
- Develop and maintain inventorytracking systems to ensure accuracy andefficiency
- Manage the procurement budget andidentify costsaving opportunities
- Stayuptodate on industry trends and market conditions to make informedpurchasing decisions
- Ensure compliance withcompany policies and procedures as well as local state and federalregulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business administrationsupply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chainmanagement preferably in the retail industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolvingabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office andinventory management software
- Ability to workindependently and in a team environment
- Strongattention to detail and organizational skills
