Recruiting & Onboarding : Dive into the recruitment process! Assist with job postings, application tracking, and onboarding new employees.
Get real experience helping new hires feel welcome and supported.
- Benefits & Compliance : Shadow our benefits team and see firsthand how employee benefits are managed. Learn the ins and outs of HR compliance, including FMLA, ADA, and other key regulations.
- Employee Engagement : Be part of the action! Work alongside the SPARK team to plan and execute exciting employee engagement and appreciation events.
- Training & Development : Help design and deliver impactful employee training programs. Gain exposure to leadership development, career coaching, and performance reviews.
- Capstone Project : Put your skills to the test by leading a final project that improves an HR process. Whether it's streamlining recruitment or launching a new engagement initiative, your ideas will make a lasting impact!
What We're Looking For :
- A passion for Human Resources and a desire to learn!
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for making a difference in the public sector.
