We are seeking a Chief of Staff for our VP of Revenue Marketing to support a team of 140 marketers ranging from Field Marketing to Marketing Ops and Analytics.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the leadership team as well as keep the extended team up to date on all major projects and activities.
- Help drive alignment and collaboration across all our Marketing functions, as well as synchronize the agendas and action items follow-up for all of our main team meetings.
- Manage the coordination across our organization around planning, OKRs, etc.
- Partner with other team leaders on all key communications from a run the business perspective (e.g. WBR, QBR, All Hands, etc.).
- Optimize templates and critical metrics to communicate our overall contribution and drive accountability / performance optimization.
- Identify, scope, and manage major cross-functional programs to evolve our function and enhance our business impact.
- Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements and break down communication silos.
- Develop and maintain key communications around our main projects, training / enablement, and ongoing business performance via newsletters, Intranet, etc.
- Drive the operational cadence on reviewing our OKRs, open headcounts, quarterly planning, focal, budget performance, etc.
- Coordinate calendar / planning / update with Office of CMO on all deck / communications updates (e.g. marketing all hands, QBR decks, CMO dashboard, etc.).
Requirements
- Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Strong executive presence and proven cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience in Marketing Strategy & Planning, Analytics, Operations, Field Marketing or a similar role at a fast-growing software / tech organization.
- Hands-on experience in managing Marketing budgets, channel mix optimization, and campaign prioritization.
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving and dynamic environment. Effective and versatile with a bias for action and speed of execution.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, go-to-market strategy, and SaaS business models (pipeline and revenue analytics, investment ratios, funnel metrics, martech foundation, attribution models, etc.).
