Teams Coordinator

What you’ll do with Our Training and Your Experience

Establish project milestones and analyze costs; Exposure to financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports;

identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine the impact on the project; adjust or correct project plan and / or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.

• Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget.
• Provide project financial oversight; including but not limited to, forecasting revenue, monthly invoicing, cash flow, and budget vs cost reviews (WIP reviews).
• Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals, and related project activities regularly with customers and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction
• Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget.
• Identify potential project risks and develop / implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
• Act as our customer’s best service provider by providing timely updates on projects, quickly addressing concerns, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements :

Education : High School / GED or equivalent

Preferred Experience : (but not required) :

• 1-3 years administrative support, office management or equivalent
