Description
1. Contribute to the CMMS, CAD, Documentation & Process activities for CRE strategy (both master and transactional data) and manage the tactical (managerial and controlling) and operational (execution of data maintenance) processes.
2. Planon-Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)- Utilize experience to assess and optimize our CMMS systems / processes regarding facility maintenance management, space management, and asset management.
3. AutoCAD- experience with AutoCAD to create, edit, and modify detailed 2D and 3D drawings and designs. The position will be the gate keeper and maintain master drawings that include AE / FE and MEP systems.
Develop local CAD standards to align with Global standards. Ensure incoming as-builts meet the CAD standard.
4. Meridian-Electronic Document Management System owner. Streamline document management processes to maximize CRE collaboration with internal and external customers, and establish a single source of asset / drawing information.
Coordinate incoming as-built drawings and modify / update in-house master drawings to maintain the most accurate version.
5. Responsible to provide all necessary reports and analytics that supports the business objectives and management processes of CRE.
Organize, structure and manage CMMS, CAD, Documentation & Process activities for CRE and translate to valuable business information.
6. Define and manage data quality KPI’s. Define related KPI’s to ensure definitions, guidelines and business process are met by Business Process Owners.
7. Ensure that Business Owners and Key users adhere to the principles of the data quality framework and processes. Actively support them in this process, to ensure worldwide data quality compliance.
8. Responsible for the processes and methodologies required to support CMMS, CAD, Documentation & Process activities for CRE, and will manage the Data Domain.
Design and manage the data creation and maintenance processes (lifecycle management) (create, change, delete, archive).
9. Develop and maintain the specifications for CMMS, CAD, Documentation & Process activities for CRE, taking into account the purpose of systems, standardization, independency, ownership of data.
10. Define all work instructions formats following CMMS, CAD, Documentation & Process activities for following CRE guidelines.
Ensure that there is an active process in place to monitor data quality against agreed definitions and guidelines.
This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
Education and experience
Bachelor or Master in information technology, business management, engineering, business intelligence, data management, facilities management or related field.
Experience
Minimum qualifications the hired candidate must possess all of the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for the position including :
o 8-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in complex (industrial) environment.
o Required technical skills Microsoft office suite.
o Knowledge / hands-on experience with software / technical tools, CMMS, CAD, Planon or similar Real Estate and Facility Management software.
o Strong communication skills both written and oral, and customer service skills.

- This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
