As an Investor Services Representative, you will be responding to caller inquiries with an expected high level of accuracy, while providing an excellent quality customer service experience.

What You Will Get To Do :
- Provide internal and external customers with full-service solutions and comprehensive transfer agency and / or shareholder services
- Daily work includes call center activity, transaction processing / data entry, customer correspondence, and quality assurance.
- Maintain records for customers (e.g. shareholders, broker / dealers, third-party entities, institutions, and client fund groups) and answer inquiries related to fund performance, account status, and activity.
- Process financial and non-financial mutual fund and corporate security transactions, set up new accounts, perform research and resolve problems related to specific transactions through the utilization of various industry-related products / systems.
- Associates within this role evaluate and follow internal processes, controls, and procedures to ensure compliance with client, service level agreement, company, industry, and / or legal regulations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to converse knowledgeably and concisely with clients, team members and management.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective coaching and feedback to develop and support team members.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to interpret written requests / issues accurately and supply appropriate follow-up action as necessary.
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Product Suite.
- Meets and surpasses quality and productivity objectives within current role; brings a quality mindset to all aspects of the work.
- Excellent ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling and following through on multiple tasks within multiple deadlines for multiple clients.
- Ability to deal with unexpected situations and address sensitive issues.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in order to ensure that all deadlines and service levels are met
- Experience with SS&C (formerly DST) proprietary software programs such as TA2000 and AWD preferred
- Remote options available for some markets, subject to office location.
