Intratek Computer, Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representative (CST) providing support for Telephone devices both VOPI and Analog.

TELECOM CSR JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide Tier1 telephone help desk support, including :
- Completing requests for change to telephone service such as setting up call forwarding, updating line appearances, changes to voicemail, setting up voicemail
- Work with move coordinator and other Hanford contractors to arrange telephone move / add / changes
- Act as the first point of contact for customers’ telephone issues
- Diagnose and resolve telephone issues
- Working with Voice Engineer, tier 2 and 3 support as needed and coordinate repairs with field support technicians and engineers as appropriate
- Use Cisco Unity and Cisco Call Manager programs to update telephone information
- Submit work tickets using the Remedy and ESP ticketing systems
- Updating Analog telephone data using the COMMIT program
Required Skills
- High school education or GED
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
- 2+ years of customer service experience
Desired Skills
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Skills in telephone services, verbal communications and customer focused listening, professionalism, leadership and time management.
- Previous experience working in the call center environment.
