Great base pay with benefits and in some cases, employer provided housing (free apartment or reduced rent options) when, as a condition of employment, an employee is required to live onsite in fulfillment of California Title 25.

Westcal has extensive experience in development, construction, finance and real estate law. In addition to managing existing assets, we counsel clients on decisions such as where, when and what to buy, when to sell, how to position a property for sale, and more.

We can guide our clients in the purchase of a property and assist in re-positioning or renovation to increase performance and value.

Pay rates vary DOE and position hired for. Our clients think of us as their personal industry experts on call when they have questions or want to explore an opportunity.

Likewise, Westcal employees also have an HR / Payroll expert on-call 24 / 7 / 365.

• Expertise in supporting / managing an apartment complex. We have locations throughout Yuba City / Marysville, the greater Sacramento area, Modesto, and Contra Costa County
• Expert Maintenance Technicians who can turn units with high quality output and professionalism
• Administrative Support skills and passion to making a difference
• Expertise with multiple and complex business transactions
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Critical thinking skills
• A passion and love for helping and supporting people
• Good computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
