As part of the Capital Markets division within Truist Securities, Inc., the Asset Securitization Group (ASG) provides structured debt capital solutions to clients of Truist Bank across a range of consumer, commercial and esoteric asset classes.

The Originations team within ASG (i) partners with the structuring team, syndicate desk and sales team to place asset-backed securities (ABS) with institutional investors in the new issue market and (ii) partners with our ABS warehouse team to originate asset-backed credit facilities for our clients, funded by Truist Bank and / or syndicated to other banks and / or institutional investors.

In addition to being a key execution resource on ABS transactions, Associates on the ASG Originations team are involved in pitching new clients as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

ASG collaborates with internal partners including Banking, Risk, Operations, and Legal to achieve seamless execution, appropriate risk mitigation and strong client experience.

The annual base salary for this position is $160,000.

Required Qualifications :

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. BA / BS degree

2. Licenses : Series 7, 79, and 63

3. 4 years of related work experience

4. Strong technical skills including financial analysis, modeling, presentation

5. Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

1. MBA degree, with Finance focus

2. Prior experience as analyst in financial institution
