Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Business Systems Analyst that can sit at any of our NAL locations. This candidate will work with key users and software vendors to support business requirements
Your Priorities
While working within the fast paced, automotive environment, you develop and maintain reports within the business intelligence system
Work with key users and software vendors to support business requirements
Recommend processes and procedures, coordinate user requests for custom development, system authorization, and data access with IT management
Plans and coordinates testing and upgrades of supported applications and other maintenance activities
Participate in a support team projects, security initiatives, and on-call rotation for technical support
Work with Corporate and / or Plant Training, addressing end user training issues and developing training materials and processes, and or / conducts end user training
Documents and maintains all process and system environments for assigned business systems
Utilize the Change Management process
Supports IT security initiatives as directed by management and policy
Your Background
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology plus 4 to 6 years of experience supporting financial, manufacturing, and / or automotive release systems applications and developing end user reports for business applications
Experience with document control systems, one or more application / web development language, and ERP and / or MES applications is preferred
