Responsibilities :
- Lead and direct all maintenance work including emergency repairs, proactive maintenance activities, and safety compliance
- Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of excellence and safety
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders and parts inventory
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using precision techniques and troubleshooting methods
- Support implementation of capital projects and productivity initiatives
Qualifications :
- AA in Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent trade school certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance or related field
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, 480v 3 phase systems, and NFPA 70E compliance preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
