Are you an experienced property management professional with a passion for providing a stellar living experience for our residents?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents, and address all concerns promptly
- Lead the rent collections efforts for the community, including resident communication, accurate account posting, and completion of the legal filing process
- Participate in marketing activities for the community, including brainstorming and market outreach
- Manage our resident retention initiatives, including the preparation and communication of renewal offers, and planning / executing community activities
- Assist the maintenance team with pre and post move out inspections, scheduling of vacant apartment turnover work, and follow-up on routine service requests to ensure resident satisfaction
- Conducts all business in accordance with company policy and procedures, Fair Housing laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and any other applicable Federal and State laws

Desired Qualifications : .
- 2 years of related experience and / or training in residential property management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Knowledge of Realpage / Onesite PMS preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
