Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Shared UI Framework : Design, develop, optimize, and maintain a shared UI framework that provides unified UI components across multiple Android applications.

• Enhance User Interface Components : Create and optimize UI components, transitions, interactions, and animations to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with design, product, and other engineering teams to implement and fine-tune user interface elements.
• Code Review and Best Practices : Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold best practices to ensure high-quality code.
• Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring that the UI framework is highly efficient and scalable.
• Documentation and Training : Document frameworks, guidelines, and best practices, and provide training and support to other team members.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends : Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Android development, particularly in UI / UX, and apply this knowledge to continually improve the shared UI framework.

Minimum Qualifications : - Proficient in Java and Kotlin- Strong understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes- Experience with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices- Experience coding in one or more of the following programming languages : Java, Kotlin Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with motion layout, transitions, and animations in Android.

• Familiarity with Android’s Jetpack components.- Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Espresso.- Knowledge of performance testing and optimization techniques
