Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Press Operator to join their team. As a Press Operator, you will be part of the Coating Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Machine Assistant

Location : Appleton, WI

Pay Range : $21-$27 per hour

Shift : 5 AM to 5 PM, 4 days on, 3 days off

What's the Job?

• Assist the Primary Press Operator in setting up, washing up, and running the flexographic press to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks to detect and report any defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Handle chemicals, inks, and solvents following standard operating procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on the press as required.
