As a key member of our litigation team, you will play an essential role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Your responsibilities will include :
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with attorneys in all phases of litigation.
- Propound and respond to discovery.
- Maintain organized case files.
- Manage and calendar court deadlines.
- Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts.
- Prepare cases for trial.
- Communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two (2) years of civil litigation experience.
- Paralegal certificate required.
- Strong understanding of California civil procedure.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with CASEpeer or OneLegal is preferred.
- Familiarity with local court rules is a bonus.
- Must be able to work in our Torrance office at least 4 days per week. Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.
