Influencer/ Affiliate Marketing Manager
Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
- Identify, research, and recruit high-performing influencers across various social media platforms who resonate with our brand and target audience.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts, compensation packages, and campaign details with influencers.
- Develop creative campaign briefs and content guidelines for influencer partnerships.
- Manage the influencer onboarding process, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Track and analyze influencer campaign performance using key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Generate reports to measure the success of influencer marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs, including identifying and recruiting relevant affiliates, developing promotional materials, and tracking performance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, social media) to ensure campaign alignment and success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Experience with influencer marketing campaign management tools is a plus.
- Experience building and managing affiliate marketing programs is a plus.
- Passion for branding and the influencer marketing industry.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2 months of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing).
Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in project management and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
