Rapidly growing medical device / regenerative medicine company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. We are recruiting for an experienced sales manager for this division within the company.

Manage a sales team of 8 reps. Selling surgical procedure to orthopedic surgeons. Over 250k at plan. Stock options granted at sign and every year(Stock up over 400% last 2 years).

Car allowane, expenses, benefits, etc. CA, NV region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5+ years sales management experience managing direct hospital sales reps in medical, pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Minimum 10yrs sales experience in medical, pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Must currently live in CA.
