Job Summary :
We are seeking an Online Scheduler who is bilingual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online schedules efficiently and providing exceptional customer service in both English and another language.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in English and another language
- Proven experience in scheduling and appointment setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities :
- Manage and update online schedules and appointments
- Communicate with clients and team members to coordinate appointments
- Provide support and assistance to clients in a professional manner
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in scheduling activities
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling processes
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of scheduling software and tools
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
