Salary : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Facilitate in daily sports and fitness activities with groups of 20+ Students
- Learn and execute the physical education curriculum
- Maintain control of Students
- Managing equipment (set up storage, etc.)
- Administer a Positive Behavior approach with students
- Daily attendance and punctuality is a MUST
- Communicate clearly and consistently with students, coaches and administrative staff
- Participating in monthly company fitness training
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Able to pass Megan’s Law check, drug, and background check
- TB Tested
- Experience in fitness, coaching, or physical education
- Experience working with children
- Bilingual is a plus +
- As part of the onboarding process, candidates will participate in a PAID 5-day professional development course. The fee is $300, but this amount will only be paid once the candidate is officially hired, with payment included in the first pay period.
- Live Scan background check is required, which must be covered by the candidate at their own expense.
- You will be assigned in a LAUSD School Location and not in the UFIT OFFICE.
