As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers their advanced analytics and decision-making processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and healthcare professionals, to ensure that data is accessible, reliable, and optimized for analysis.
Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing ETL pipelines, managing large-scale databases, and implementing data governance best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, a passion for healthcare, and a drive to make a difference through data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- Experience with SQL SQL VM
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Experience with ETL pipelining
- Experience with SSIS reporting
- Data warehousing
- Experience with Azure Data Factory
- Individuals with experience in the healthcare industry
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with PowerBI
- Knowledge and familiarity with HIPAA Laws & healthcare compliances PHI (PPI)
- APIs between 3rd parties
