Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized training sessions to individual clients based on their goals and needs
• Develop and implement effective exercise programs to help clients achieve their fitness objectives
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety precautions
• Motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential and maintain a consistent workout routine
• Assist with sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients and promote fitness services
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area

Qualifications :

• Certification in personal training or a related field (e.g., NSCA, NASM, CFSC)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
• Experience in group fitness instruction and personal training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt training programs to meet the individual needs of clients
• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques for promoting fitness services

Pay : $62,400 - $91,000 per year
