Great pay! Paid bi-weekly! $22-26 / hr, depending on experience.
Responsibilities :
- Assemble and install solar panels on roofs and other structures.
- Configure PV systems based on site conditions and customer's needs and expectations
- Connect panels to the power grid.
- Follow building standards and codes when installing panels and support structures.
- Ensure that equipment is weather sealed.
- Perform routine maintenance on PV systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills / Experience :
- Knowledge of PV equipment and installation.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read building plans.
- Ability to read equipment manuals.
- Ability to use hand and power tools to install PV panels.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to work at heights.
- Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift at least 35-45 pounds at a time.
