The full-time Custodian position is for individuals who have the ability to work quickly and efficiently. The Custodian will also be required to use ladders and / or booms.
There will also be special projects that these individuals will be a part of at various times throughout the year. This individual must be able to take direction well and work flexible hours, since hours vary (night hours are required).
The individual needs to :
- Have a valid driver license (may be required to drive company van)
- Have a clean driving record
- Have a working cell phone
- Respond quickly to calls or texts
- Pay attention to detail
- Have integrity
- Be able to work late night / early morning hours as the job requires
- Report daily activities to Management / Supervisor
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Being on your feet for extended periods of time
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
We will provide training to help the Custodian to be able to succeed within our company. We provide services to professional offices, medical offices, dental offices and more.
