Project Manager - Internal (Onsite, US Citizen)

About This Opportunity

The Project Manager - Internal will play a critical role in managing and executing corporate projects, with a particular focus on research and development (R&D), enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation and improvements, and smaller departmental projects.

This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and the ability to drive projects from inception through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

This is an onsite role in Osseo, WI.

What You Will Do

Plan, execute, and monitor a variety of corporate projects, including R&D initiatives, ERP system implementation and other enterprise applications, and smaller departmental projects.

Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Facilitate regular project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations

Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and other materials to support growth initiatives.

Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Act as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.

This includes preparing and presenting project reports.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within project management practices.

What You Have to Offer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems implementation and R&D project management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives at one time and delegate tasks
• Ability to lead projects and cross functional teams
• Ability to work with various Project Management software applications
• Ability to problem solve and to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
