Job Description :
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures within Sales Operations.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- May report to an executive or a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities :
- Daily responsibilities include quote and RMA creation in SAP, review and update sales order configurations.
- Additional responsibilities include review and retire gating items ("holds") prior to sales order shipments.
- Daily action items will require working with cross functional teams, finance, sales, and engineering.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- May lead and directs the work of others.
Experience :
- Proven work experience in a sales Operations or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
- Relevant training and / or certifications in Sales Operations preferred.
- Business acumen.
- Organizational skills.
- Pipeline management.
Skills :
- SAP or similar CRM experience (preferred).
- Excel Expertise (preferred).
Education :
Associate or relevant work experience.
