The Infection Prevention Program Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Quality and Patient Safety and works closely with the Infection Prevention team, clinical staff, and department leaders to develop and implement infection prevention protocols.

The Coordinator also collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote best practices in infection control.

The Infection Prevention Program Supervisor will work within a dedicated Infection Prevention unit that is integral to maintaining patient safety across the hospital.

The unit focuses on surveillance, risk assessment, and the development of targeted infection control strategies. This role involves close interaction with talented healthcare professionals, including experienced nurses, physicians, and specialized infection control practitioners.

The Infection Prevention Program Supervisor is responsible for leading the development and implementation of infection control policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities include overseeing surveillance activities, analyzing epidemiological data, and developing performance improvement plans.
