Our Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, video, and print marketing.
You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results.
We want a highly productive social media guru! Will also handle EDDM mailing and brochures.
This is a part-time position with you working up to 10 to 15 hours a week.
Compensation : $20 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
- Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
- Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
- Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
- Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Qualifications :

- B.A. / B.S. in Marketing or related majors
