Department Summary
The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for the position of Information Technology Adjunct Instructor for Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and / or Summer 2025.
The successful candidate will be expected to achieve excellence in teaching and to assist in further development of the UNT Dallas Mathematics and Information Sciences Department.

Position Overview
The number of vacancies is dependent on student enrollment, division needs, and dean approval. Your application cannot be considered until all required documents have been received.
Adjunct faculty plans classes and implements and evaluates teaching / learning objectives and student learning outcomes. Adjunct faculty undertakes the divisional and professional responsibilities of a part-time faculty member, including office hours.
The successful applicant will be expected to provide instruction in a full range of undergraduate Information Technology courses that include, but are not limited to Digital Logic, Operating Systems, Computing Foundations, Object-Oriented Programming, Human Computer Interfaces, Social Issues in Computing, and IT Project Management.
Minimum Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Information Technology or a closely-related field with outstanding teaching experience in teaching developmental and lower-level Information Technology courses.
