Summary
Preparation of laboratory specimens for microscopic evaluation by the pathologist through the use of microtomy, special staining, immunohistochemistry and other appropriate techniques.
Appropriate clinical training in the testing of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and adult patients.Light lifting up to 25 pounds, general motion including bending, squatting, reaching, carrying, pushing and pulling.
Manual dexterity. Ability to speak plainly. Near visual acuity, ability to discern colors. May involve skin, eye, mucous membrane, or parenteral contact with blood or other potentially infectious material.
