Position
GetCoins seeks a new Senior DevOps Engineer to join its software team. This person will work in conjunction with other developers on our team to develop our Bitcoin ATM software.
Please note this is an in-office position as it requires interaction with physical Bitcoin ATM hardware during the development process.
Scope of Work
The Senior DevOps Engineer reports to management of the company and will be in charge of a team of Junior Developers. Key responsibilities are as follows :
- Develop and maintain backend services and tools in Go.
- Work with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for both customer-facing applications and internal tools.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and optimize container orchestration.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes.
- Administer and maintain Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
- Manage cryptocurrency wallets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on infrastructure and automation.
- Proficiency in Go programming language.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Experience administering Linux systems in production environments.
- Familiarity with frontend web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- AWS experience is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Prior cryptocurrency protocol knowledge is a plus.

Pay : $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
