In this leadership role, you'll oversee the entire field construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do :
- Lead a team of skilled workers, including scheduling, progress tracking, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop budgets and timelines
- Manage all project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with vendors
- Develop and maintain daily site logs and reports
- Identify and implement solutions to keep projects running smoothly
- Foster a safe and productive work environment

The Ideal Candidate :
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills, including time management, delegation, and prioritization
- Experience with cost estimating and scheduling software preferred
