Job Responsibilities :
- Regularly review accounts receivable aging report to identify and manage outstanding accounts
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through verbal, listening, and written communication channels
- Manage overdue invoices by emailing statements and engaging with customers to collect payments
- Monitor daily bank transactions and accurately record customer payments in accounting software
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and complete posting of payments
- Resolve collections issues by implementing customer payment plans and collaborating with credit collections company when necessary
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by gathering information from sales, customer service, and customers
- Support internal teams such as sales and customer service by addressing requests promptly and professionally
- Provide timely assistance to external customer inquiries and requests
- Address valid or authorized deductions through adjusting entries and verification processes
- Generate periodic financial statements and reports detailing invoice status and accounts receivable activity
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices as required
- Assist with third-party audits by providing necessary documentation
- Ensure accurate customer information is maintained in the ERP system
- Identify and propose solutions for process inefficiencies
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to adapt and learn different ERP systems
