Job Summary : We are seeking adetailoriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrativesupport ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities include managing schedules organizing documentsand handling communication both internal and external. TheAdministrative Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining aprofessional and welcoming environment.

KeyResponsibilities :

AdministrativeSupport :

  • Performgeneral administrative duties such as filing scanning andphotocopying.
  • Manage and maintain officesupplies and inventory.
  • Prepare and editcorrespondence reports and presentations.

Scheduling andCoordination :

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travelarrangements.
  • Maintain and update calendarsfor executives and staff members.
  • Coordinatelogistics for meetings and events including venue booking andcatering.

Communication :

  • Serve as the first point of contact forinternal and external inquiries.
  • Answer anddirect phone calls emails and other forms ofcommunication.
  • Greet visitors and managereception duties when necessary.

Documentation and RecordKeeping :

  • Organize andmaintain electronic and physical files.
  • Ensureaccurate and timely data entry into company databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduledreports.

FinancialAdministration :

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processinginvoices and expense reports.
  • Reconcilefinancial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accountinformation.
  • Prepare and submit purchaseorders and maintain expense records.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
  • Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Highlevel of attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonalskills.
