We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Clerk for a reputable company located in beautiful Clearwater.
Job Responsibilities :
- Answering phones
- Filing Documents
- Scanning documents and uploading into the data base
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Data entry
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Personable and friendly demeanor
- At least 1 year experience in an office setting
Pay rate : $17.00 - $20.00 / Hour
Hours : 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM Monday - Friday
