CornerStone Staffing is seeking to fill over 20 Healthcare Customer Support positions in Fort Worth, TX. The perfect candidate will have experience handling a high volume of incoming calls, scheduling prescription refills, and providing patients with status updates.

L ocation : Fort Worth, TX 100% On-Site

Pay : $20.40 / HR

Schedule : Monday Friday *available for shift between 8am - 8pm EST flexible for OT & Weekends

Training schedule is 8AM - 5PM for 4 weeks; after training you will be given a work schedule

Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for inbound pharmacy calls, minimizing workflow disruptions by addressing non-clinical customer inquiries like prescription status or financial details.

Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication deliveries and payments, ensuring accurate profile updates for timely distribution.

Respond directly to customer inquiries or route calls to the appropriate staff for prompt resolution.

Update progress notes to allow quick referral status assessment by other team members.

Use the management information system to handle customer service tasks, including refill needs, prescription status, insurance verification, and invoice requests.

Qualifications / Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

Call center customer service experience (no retail)

Experience using management information systems to assist customers

Proficient in Microsoft applications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional phone etiquette

Attention to detail

Medical office experience or knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Must be willing to take a typing and customer service test
