Manager, Financial Systems
Katalyst Group is recruiting for a Manager, Financial Systems on behalf of a PE-backed, 75MM+ construction and municipal services firm headquartered in the northwest suburbs of Phoenix, AZ (Scottsdale).
The primary responsibilities include leading the optimization of SageIntacct and Strata within the organization and serve as the system administrator of the company's financial systems and liaising with the IT team for data management and integrity matters.
Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, a minimum of 5-7 years of budgeting and systems experience, familiarity with OneStream, Oracle, and Hyperion, and excellent project management skills.
Experience in construction-related industries is a plus.
This role requires the incumbent to be onsite 5X a week in the Scottsdale office.
Compensation : 120k-135k dependent on experience + 10% bonus.
