Job Title : Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Description :
Actively participate in assigned business operations to achieve goals and objectives.
Identify process improvement opportunities through root cause testing of compliance and business metrics.
Evaluate areas of strength and improvement within the defined scope of work.
Review and research strategies to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
Exercise independent judgment to guide moderate-risk deliverables.
Present recommendations for strategic approaches, support function effectiveness, and business performance improvement.
Collaborate with leaders and executive management to manage risks.
Provide work direction to less experienced staff.
Requirements :
2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
