Position Title : Redemption Counter Attendant
$15 / hr - Ages 14-17 - Nights and Weekends
Job Summary : As a Redemption Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests redeeming tickets or prizes earned through various arcade games and attractions.
Your primary duties will include assisting guests with prize selection, operating redemption equipment, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the redemption area.
Responsibilities :
- Customer Service :
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with ticket redemption and prize selection.
- Provide information about redemption policies, game rules, and prizes available.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Redemption Operations :
- Restock prize inventory as needed and maintain organized displays.
- Safety and Maintenance :
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the redemption area at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on redemption equipment as needed.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
- Teamwork :
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
- Assist with other duties as assigned, including operating games or attractions during peak times.
