We are now accepting resumes for Customer Service Representatives for our agency in Winston-Salem, NC. This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits including health and dental insurance.

New CSRs earn around $24-40,000 per year on average. However, our Top CSRs earn $50,000+. A Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License is required for the position, but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license.

The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks and does require a background check. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who never meets a stranger, has stellar computer

skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, those who have a true passion for helping others. You MUST have the drive to win and be able to follow our proven system of success.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products.
  • Assist Sales producers with prospecting and generating new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Educate customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
  • Outbound calling to our current customers

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn with intuitiveness, resourcefulness, and coachability.

  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
