Position Details
The Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at The University of Tampa invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor.
This is a one-year, temporary, non-tenure track position in the areas of criminology and criminal justice, beginning August 1, 2024.
Applicants will be expected to teach four classes per semester. Area of specialization is open; however, successful candidates will have the ability to teach courts-related courses as well as introductory level and core criminology and criminal justice courses.

Qualifications
Applicants must demonstrate a record of excellence in teaching at the college level. A in Criminology or Criminal Justice or a related discipline from an accredited institution is preferred but not required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
