Job Summary :
The IT Security Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the overall cybersecurity posture of the Company through the delivery of a comprehensive program of interlinked tools, techniques and processes drawn from industry best practices.
Among other duties, the role will actively engage in incident detection and response, process & compliance audits, technical penetration testing and demonstrating strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and guidance on cybersecurity matters
- Perform assessments against common industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST 800, etc.) and maintain our current certification status
- Manage available tools for storing and analyzing cybersecurity events / landscapes
- Evaluate, recommend and implement new solutions that enhance security posture
- Evangelize cybersecurity practices throughout the company and coordinate robust employee training
- Develop a working relationship with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage and meaningful engagement in the program
- Define and maintain security reporting and dashboards targeted at senior management
- Manage a team of 2+ IT Security professionals
Qualifications :
- BA or BS Degree (Computer Science is preferred, but not required) and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or equivalent education and experience
- CISSP preferred

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $91,000 - $167,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining the base salary, including but not limited to : job-related qualifications, skills, education, and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
