Job Scope :

Step into an exciting leadership role with the Program Management Office (PMO) at Liberty Hardware as a Program Manager! Take charge of cross-functional teams and spearhead impactful product launches that shape our company’s future.

As a key driver of New Product Development (NPD) and Product Management Projects (PMP), you’ll orchestrate project timelines, navigate challenges, and ensure flawless execution.

In this role, you'll foster collaboration across diverse teams, identify resource needs, and deliver results that fuel our growth in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and lead project plans with a focus on outstanding execution
  • Apply and use custom project plan templates to meet customer-specific requirements and lead times.
  • Schedule and lead project meetings to ensure flawless communication and coordination
  • Collaborate with team members, customers, and partners to initiate projects and align on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide regular oversight and reporting of project timelines, including dependencies and resource requirements at all stages
  • Maintain project status, issues, and risks to ensure timely execution
  • Keep collaborators and leaders informed about project progress and deviations.
  • Proactively guide teams in early identification, addressing, and resolving potential project issues and creating contingency plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global collaborators to address issues and conflicts, promoting a team-oriented approach
  • Display an approach of Continuous Improvement by actively participating in events and activities that result in financial gain, time savings, and waste reduction.
  • Assure compliance with the Stage Gate tool for New Business Development projects
  • Ensure adherence to argument processes for all projects, including obtaining approval before commencing development or implementation.
  • Identify, analyze, and lead project plans and opportunities for profitable growth and efficiency gains
  • Possess broad customer knowledge and understanding
  • Continually improve processes for better and faster execution
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve work efficiencies through shared experiences

Qualifications :

  • Equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree will be considered for this position.
  • 5+ years of solid experience in program / project management
  • Experience in marketing, engineering, finance, manufacturing, logistics, or an associated field
  • Global supply chain experience preferred
  • Skilled in leading various tasks and working with different collaborators across teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills, with experience leading meetings and executive presentations
  • Adaptive to new tools and processes (e.g., Smartsheet), including examples of successfully implementing and improving their benefits.
