About Our Team
Lenovo’s Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Segment is seeking a qualified Customer Program Manager (CPM) whose primary mission is to lead Account Core team to manage the new business opportunity, RFP bidding, contract, customer score card, QBR / QTR and account-based initiatives, starting from Early Engagement phase until End Of Service.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Extended Account team as ODT-like functional team with direct customer-facing roles on RFP bidding, contract management, customer score card, QBR / QTR and account-based initiatives.
- Define account priorities / strategies to guide team to consistent customer engagements
- Create working level functional team map for Customer and Lenovo customer playbook for team education on customer, and requirements.
- Ensure E2E team and process will be executed as designed. Identify and communicate gaps, escalate issues as required
- Identify gaps to customer expectations assign owners and track weekly by priority
Basic Requirements
- Background in Compute, Storage or GPU product line is required.
- 10+ years of project management experience with focus on customer program management
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-culture environment and collaborate with global function team across different time zones.
- Work experience in OEM / ODM / System Integration companies in Data Center industry is preferred.
- Senior level of project management skills; PMI preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and business sense on financial P&L analysis, MBA degree is a plus.
- Familiar with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project schedule tools.
