Position Overview :
As a Kitchen Designer / Salesperson at CabinetCorp, you will play a crucial role in growing our B2B client base and driving revenue through effective sales strategies and outstanding design solutions.
You will leverage your strong sales skills to close B2B accounts, design innovative kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Your ability to build relationships and close deals will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive B2B Sales : Develop and execute strategies to acquire and close new B2B accounts, including contractors, builders, and design firms, through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Design High-Impact Kitchen Solutions : Utilize 2020 Design software to create detailed, visually appealing kitchen designs that meet client specifications and highlight the best features of CabinetCorp products.
- Lead the Sales Process : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, including prospecting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with B2B clients.
- Client Consultation and Relationship Management : Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, offer expert design recommendations, and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and Present Proposals : Create compelling design proposals and presentations for potential B2B clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services and addressing client needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work effectively with our design, production, and customer service teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of client expectations.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends : Keep up with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic lead generation, effective sales tactics, and a focus on closing high-value B2B accounts.
Qualifications :
- Proven B2B Sales Expertise : Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a strong track record of closing accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in 2020 Design Software : Extensive experience with 2020 Design software for creating kitchen and bath designs, with the ability to produce detailed and attractive design plans.
- Exceptional Design Skills : Strong skills in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts that align with client needs and project requirements.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills : Outstanding ability to communicate effectively with clients, present design concepts, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Customer-Focused Approach : A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with B2B clients.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred) : Experience or familiarity with the kitchen or home design industry is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) : A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
