New Story In-District Services (IDS) partners with local school districts to enhance special education services by providing BCBAs, Teachers, RBTs, and Paraprofessionals within schools.

As a leader in special education, our In-District Services team supports school districts by providing additional expertise and resources to school staff.

This is a fulltime, 10 month position paid for all school holidays and breaks, including summer.

We are offering a salary of 60,000 - 70,000k base salary plus a 5k sign on bonus for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) : Create and follow individualized education plans for our amazing students with special needs.
• Progress Monitoring : Track and assess student progress, adjusting your approach as needed to keep them on track.
• Collaborative Environment : Work with support staff, including paraprofessionals, and parents to build a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Student Advocacy : Advocate for our students with disabilities, ensuring compliance with all necessary laws and regulations.
• Inclusive Classroom : Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels engaged and can succeed.

Qualifications We're Looking For :

• Education Enthusiast : Bachelor’s degree in special education or education
• Certified Pro : A valid PA teaching certification in Special Education.
• IEP Guru : Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Communication Star : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
