Looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our project team in our Peachtree Corners, GA office. Our goal is to provide the highest level of engineering service to our clients.
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will design Mechanical systems on a variety of projects. A successful candidate can expect to gain valuable engineering experience in designing HVAC and plumbing systems, planning and analyzing mechanical systems for a variety of projects including but not limited to : high rise office buildings, general and medical office space, hospitality / hotels, educational facilities, distribution centers, manufacturing, retail and other commercial / industrial / institutional projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the designing and specifying of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, control systems. Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and selection for assigned projects.
- Communicate with clients, contractors and other project team members as needed to support project design.
- Generate construction documents using AutoCAD / Revit.
- Manage multiple projects through design through completion of construction.
- Coordinate with design team professionals of other disciplines as they perform their designs to ensure proper coordination on construction documents.
- Research and apply applicable codes to design.
- Perform project site visits during design and construction to ensure proper implementation of the design documents.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent BSMT
- 4+ years of related engineering experience
- Professional Engineer License required.

- AutoCAD and Revit experience preferred
