Job Description :
We are seeking an NPI Operations Program Manager (Project Manager III) for a very important clientKey Responsibilities :
- Lead Companies cross-functional teams & Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations teams to plan, execute and report status of PRQ projects.
- Work with OEM to plan PRQ qualification builds, secure materials, line readiness and monitor progress PRQ builds
- Manage component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost
- Plan and seek approval for PRQ budgets
- Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.
- Program manage key issues, assess associated risks and communicate clearly across all levels of organization, report current status and options for resolution to cross-functional teams and management.
Requirement :
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications : Role Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, process engineering or product development
- Result oriented and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
- Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain / Operations, Science or Engineering Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
